The Aggrolites call their genre "dirty reggae." What that term means becomes apparent in the first track. Amongst the relaxed reggae rhythms, Jessie Wagner sings, "I keep it chill/For a thrill/And if you're looking at me sideways/I'll come straighten out that grill."

The band is certainly not afraid of mixing it up a bit -- on the street or in the studio. Throughout "IV," The Aggolites blend a variety of influences into their reggae sound -- James Brown-esque soul ("Wild Time"), rock guitar ("It's Time to Go"), and soft-hearted balladry ("By Her Side").

But for the most part, the band sticks to reggae's core fundamentals -- feeling good and getting lost in the rhythm. And with 21 tracks, the good times can go all night long.
